Lyrics
When I am tired, won’t you help me,
When I am tired, won’t you help me?
Help me on my journey, help me on my way
When I am tired, won’t you help me?
When I am broken, won’t you help me?
When I am broken, won’t you help me?
Help me on my journey, help me on my way
When I am broken, won’t you help me?
Chorus (fast, with claps):
I know you loved me, I could feel your love
I know you loved me, it was a deep, deep love
I know you loved me when you wrapped your arms around me
I know you loved me, thank you for your love
When I am lonely, won’t you help me?…
Chorus
When I am dying, won’t you help me?…
Chorus

You can introduce the verses in real time as people are singing and invite the group to make up harmonies. The harmonies in this arrangement were created by Lisa Littlebird for Wholehearted Chorus.
