...these are a few of my favorite things
Welcome to the little singing movement that could.
I'm able to offer scholarships to workshops and all classes for free because of the generous support of people like you. If you enjoyed a class and would like to pitch in, I welcome your contribution here. Your support sustains this circle of healing, transformation and joy through music.

another easy way to spread the love
Below you'll find a few of my favorite things, and if you happen to be in the market for your own new favorite thing from this page, you will be getting something you want and supporting my work. How cool is that? Some call it affiliate marketing. I like to think of it as karmic ripples of abundance fertilizing the divine goddess sphere.

How to Rule the World from Your Couch
I've studied intuition with Laura Day at Esalen - she is so generous and I'm hoping to return the abundance with a plug for her brand new spanking book. It's her first practical guide to using intuitive skills as a healing force in your life and for others. Check it OUT. Her other books too... The Circle is part of my daily practice.
Sweet Honey In the Rock
I evangelize this amazing group of singing women regularly in my classes. Founding member Ysaye Barnwell has been a primary influence in my teaching. I think you'll find their repertoire provides an endless supply of sing-along material and will be an essential addition to your music library.
Amon Tobin - Foley Room
This one is for the electronic-music-inclined. I think he's a genius. I sit in the dark and crank up At the End of the Day and it makes my skin spin and heart fly.

Reason 862 why I love my iPhone. The "name this tune" app I never knew I was missing, and now I can't live without.
Track 10 of this CD by Silvio Rodriquez
The whole CD is fantastic, but I put track 10 on repeat for like an hour. And I don't even know what he's saying.
The satisfaction in not settling for the fast way is delicious.
Ceramic Neti Pot
OK singers. This will change your life.
If you haven't used a Neti before, it takes a little getting used to. I use bottled spring water (never tap) and hold the salt till you've got the hang of it.
One of my greatest teachers. I own and recommend all her books.
