host a workshop or class
If you'd like me to come lead a workshop or class in your area, here's what to do:
- Find six or more people who want to participate.
- Contact me and we'll find a date.
- Find a space to host the workshop. Churches or private homes can a good and free choices - other options might be an office conference room or yoga studio. Good acoustics a plus.
- In thanks for organizing, you participate free.
Two hour workshop:
$20 per singer plus expenses (see below)
Three hour workshop:
$30 per singer plus expenses (see below)
Weekend workshop (three, three hour sessions over two days):
$90 per singer plus expenses (see below)
The following travel expenses only apply if I'm not already in the area.
Within 60 miles of Monterey (Santa Cruz to San Luis Obisbo): $100 trip fee.
Bay area: $200 trip fee.
Within six hours of Big Sur (Reno to Los Angeles): $400 trip fee.
More than six hours from Monterey: $200 trip fee plus airfare.
The workshop space and associated expenses is the responsibility of the host and can be factored into workshop pricing.
Educators and choral directors: I am available to help you apply for grant or private funding to cover my services.
